    The Institute was established pursuant to Decree No. 2024-421 of July 8, 2024, under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Academic activities officially began in the 2024–2025 academic year. The Institute was inaugurated by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research on June 25, 2025.
